Recent Developments at the Attorney General’s Charitable Trust Section

On March 21, 2019 Tania M. Ibanez, the Senior Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Charitable Trust Section of the California Attorney General’s Office made a presentation to California Lawyers Association, Business Law Section Nonprofit Organizations Committee.  The topics that were covered included:
